I mean, all cards down, the whole rebirth from fiery ash seems likes a lot of work on my part, and I'd hate to put myself out for nothing, y'know?
Which brings me to gremlins.
Gremlins, the human sort, are very annoying. This January one snuck passed our defenses an added a malicious line of code to every page. The code activated a script from another site, which plastered advertisements across Lumberwoods rending it unusable. The code had to be removed page-by-page.
Only to come back. Apparently the gremlins (or perhaps trolls would be a more apt term), despite a password change, had reinserted the file that adds the code. However, since the only affected folder each time was the one titled "lumberwoods." I figured, "Okay, if that's how ya wanna play, how about a shell game then?"
So, I certainly hope they have lots of fun attempting to figure out under what bizarre folder name and under what multifarious sub-directories I hid the site. Yea, lots of luck with that.
Sure, it can be done. If an actual human were to step in and work at it. But since all the code was plagiarized from

another site, I doubt they are the hard-working type.
Supposed they just figured I would fold by this point. Thinking it would be too much work to remove code from hundreds of pages, let alone do it twice.
Yet, the day I just yield to calamity, to fire, to life’s punches, or even to the whim of gremlins or trolls will be... what’s the expression again?— Oh right, when pigs fly.
And now, taking a page from the hodag’s playbook, let's wreck some havoc of our own, shall we?

UPDATES: Oh, absolutely, no refunds will be issued for having to read through this. And for whatever reason reorganizing the folder the site is kept in made any link with a "www." in it stop working including all links redirecting to mobile sites Does it make a lick of sense to me? No. Will I make the fix anyway? Yes. When will that happen? Don't hold your breath. — As for what's new, another folklore rant on snow snakes has been added. And if you have positively nothing better to do you can read this.
